Our Financial Policies
- For your convenience we accept Cash, Checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Care Credit. We will be happy to assist you by filing insurance claims.
- Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
- We will send you a statement should any balance remain after your insurance payment is received. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Payment options are available by phone, internet, or mail. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.

Our office accepts all insurance plans where you can go out of network and choose your own dentist, however, we are only in network with Delta Dental Premier. We will do our best to assist you with questions regarding your insurance coverage.
